Hi everybody!!! I want to thanks for those people that wrote me asking if I'm fine or what is happening that I'm in a "silent work moment". The answer is... I'm workink hard... and you will be notified (if you are OHMY community member) very very soon. This work was a pending and I put in it all my knowledge about 3D, icongraphy and design.
Other think that took me a lot time was the video presentation, containing music and 3D animation.

Here is one of the extra icons available in the Xtreme version where I show the new revamped OhMy! logotype.
This new work will be available for both Windows Vista and Mac OSX Leopard trought Candybar software. I really hope you like it.

So welcome to this new vision for your desktop,

I spent some hours trying to create a weather object for a new scenario but I have some problems... and I need to know if someone of your can help me with this.
1) I began loading the widget "Silica Weather"... I had my image for the background and I suppose everything was easy... but not.
2) My image es more large (in eight) than the original... so my image it appeared short.
3) I search in the script and the properties of each component... and finally I could to enlarge the image... but.. after that... the 4 forecast days was missed. This was the first problem....
I said... ok... we will go with only the current day and delete the other days in the list.

The other big problem is that, each time that I reboot, I need toset my zip code. Apparently the system doesn't save the zip code that I set. How can I fix these problems?

Thanks in advance.

Time ago I bought SkinStudio Professional 5. Now with my recent installed Windows Vista I tryed the new (beta) version SkinStudio 6. When the installation was done, I choose the option "Run" but I received the message: "This build of SkinStudio 6 has expired. Please update to the final release from within SDC/www.skinstudio.net"

So I run Stardock Central and in the startup I have the option to upgrade it but when I try it say: "Your SkinStudio 6 Professional registration information is invalid".

WHAT??? What registration if it is a free beta?

The same message it appear when I tryed to upgrade my recent purchased WindowBlinds 6.
"Your WindowBlinds 6 registration information is invalid".
However the installation and activation was successfully and the program is running fine.

Anybody know had the same problem with Stardock Central?

Regards!

The creation of these [link="http://www.cryo64.us/assets/scenarios/index.html"]"Scenarios"[/link] (as I call its) is a total success. I have new ideas but I need to know if it is possible with DesktopX technology or not. By the moment Scenarios are a set where wallpapers and icons are composed in the same 3D environment. So... you will have icons near you (bigger) and far (smaller)... to integrate in the space, the background simulate a floor and each icons have a reflection on it. But the icons (by the moment) are objects with typical targets (My CPU, My Documents, My Music).

I'm very close to finish a new version with Cryo64 Exodo YQ2 icons... but this time all icons have a mouser over animation. It look great!

THis is the new idea.
I would like to make a folder icon and when the user mouse over showing an animation like a (for example 640x480) window opened and with some icons inside (these icons linked to programs.
For example... the folder could be a Mozilla folder and inside the window you will find Firefox, Thunderbird, icons... or imagine a Stardock Folder! it would be great, I think.

Anybody know if this is possible?

Thanks in advance!

I'm doing object for my DX themes that I call "Scenarios". The problem that I have is that the icons have a reflection on the floor...so the icon are not squares but tall rectangular images. I would like to define an area where the user can activate the object... and avoid the icons are activated when user go through the reflection.

Is that possible?

Thanks!

You know me that I'm flexible when authors come asking for to use/modify/fix/upgrade any of my works. Most of the times they write me and sometimes I even try to help in the production... or just giving advices (if the person want).
However, I can't overlook things like WWW Link. Even when it have my last name in the title could enlarge my popularity, I think that it could to be a precedent to other people make the same.
So please guys, don't be shame to write me following the normal way to do things like I mentioned before.
This is not only for to protect me but for the other authors that work hard in each piece uploaded here.

I leave this issue in the Wincustomize moderator's hand.

WindowBlinds 6 in Windows XP 64 bit...when?

Oct 3, 2007 5:16 PM by Discussion: WindowBlinds
I was logged in Stardock Central. In the WindowBlinds 6 I made click in install.... but after the installation process I received a warning:

However... my current WB version it run fine in 64 bit XP. When we will have a 6 version for this OS?

Thanks!

I'm using Windows XP 64 Bit Edition. IconPackager work fine for apply iconthemes but to create it some bugs that I detected. Some of them are to zip the packages.. as say other user in This Link.
Ok... Now... I detect another one. I have been created all the icons for build a IconPackager theme. All the icons was created with Axialis IconWorkShop 6.03. All the icons are ready for Vista. Ok. I open IconPackager and using the "Package Builder" module. After to replace the typical Windows icons by mines I save it and it look like everything is fine.
But doing click in "Start" button I detect an error. Some icons look ugly. Actually it seem like the 256 version is showed.
I opened the .icl with IconWorkShop and... what happen? Some icons are twekeds... I mean some icons have different icons in its format variations.
I came here and I found that another user is suffering the same. Look here http://www.wincustomize.com/skins.aspx?skinid=1620&libid=2

Ok... Surely the IP Developer may say me that I must open the .icl file with IconDeveloper instead IconWorkshop. But when I did it and I tried to look the icon defective the follow message appear:

"Access violation at address 00502B85 in module "IconDeveloper.exe". Read of address 000000000."

It have any patch to resolve this problem?
I wait anxiously your answer, developers.
